Hello, I am Josephine, I am a UX/UI designer and front-end developer with 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS websites, previously designed and prototyped on Figma. In January 2023, I co-founded with my siblings a car-pooling platform dedicated to cultural events. As more than 70% of carbon emissions from festivals come from the public's transportation, we created a solution to promote all soft mobility options. 

Before this professional transition, I was a public sector consultant specializing in process optimization and lean methodology to increase user satisfaction and optimize operational costs.

I am perceived by my teammates as friendly and motivating within teams; Able to collaborate remotely and in multicultural teams, fluent in English.
